Terms of Service
Last updated: April 12, 2026
1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using guiro.io (the “Service”), operated by Codulent LLC (“we”, “us”, or “our”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
2. Description of Service
Guiro.io is an ephemeral presentation layer service. It accepts self-contained UI bundles conforming to the A2UI protocol, stores them temporarily, and returns a short shareable URL. Published content is rendered using a fixed, safe component set and is automatically removed after its configured time-to-live (TTL) expires.
3. Accounts and Authentication
You may create an account using email/password or a supported social login provider. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You must notify us promptly of any unauthorized use.
4. API Keys and Usage
Authenticated users may generate API keys to authorize agent-driven publishing. API keys are subject to rate limits, expiry policies, and revocation at any time. You must not share API keys publicly or embed them in client-side or publicly distributed code.
5. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Submit content that is unlawful, harmful, threatening, defamatory, or otherwise objectionable.
- Attempt to circumvent rate limits, authentication controls, or security measures.
- Use the Service to distribute malware, phishing content, or spam.
- Reverse-engineer, decompile, or otherwise attempt to extract source code from the Service.
6. Ephemeral Content
Published guiros are ephemeral. Content is automatically deleted after the configured TTL expires. We do not guarantee long-term storage or availability of any published content. You are responsible for retaining copies of any content you wish to preserve.
7. Intellectual Property
You retain ownership of all content you submit to the Service. By publishing content, you grant us a limited, non-exclusive license to store, render, and serve that content for the duration of its TTL. The Service itself, including its design, code, and branding, is the property of Codulent LLC.
8. Limitation of Liability
The Service is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. Codulent LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of your use of or inability to use the Service.
9. Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time, with or without cause. You may delete your account at any time. Upon deletion, your account is disabled immediately and your data is permanently purged.
10. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
11. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to conflict of law principles.
